Payment: 1) Payment is 100% advance.
Delivery: 1) Manufacturer is not responsible for any damage during transportation and buyer must bear the repairing or damage charges for the same. 2) Delivery period is quoted earliest possible in good faith. But it is subject to Force Majeure Clause. When circumstances are beyond our control, delivery may be delayed up to unexpected period.
Machine Order: 1) We timely update the machine for better customer experience. Latest machine model may slightly differ from shown one. Please confirm with the sales team before placing order.
Machine Capacity: We mention higher side capacity of any machine. Actual capacity may differ based on raw material, handling, output type required.
Warranty: 1) Only motor is under 1 year manufacturing warranty. Any external damage happened while in transit is out of warranty. Any other parts than motor are out of warranty. In case of motor, customer has to pay “To & Fro” transport to send their motor to Confider industries LLP, Ahmedabad. Company will only repair the motor free of charge during the warranty period.
Material (MOC): 1) Materials like SS202, MS, Aluminium, SS304, Copper or combination of them are typically used in machines. 2) Any alteration required in the material of the machine to be confirmed in written before placing of an order. Any possible changes will be on chargeable basis.
Quality: 1) Goods sold cannot be taken back. 2) Customer can visit to check the machine physically before dispatching of the same from the premise. Customer has no right to reject or return any parts after dispatch of consignment.
Installation: 1) Installation & Commissioning charges extra. 2) Visit required for installation & commissioning to be conveyed before placing the order. 3) Service person will provide technical guidance for installation and commission of the plant during the visit. Any fabrication cost arising at the site to be provided by the customer. 4) Required skilled and unskilled labours to be arranged and paid by the customer. 5) Electrical connection and wiring are in customer’s scope. 6) In any unwanted incident/ instances/ happening at the site, customer will carry the full responsibility and abide by the country’s law and order. 7) Confider Industries LLP has right to reject the work/ assignment in case of missing safety measures, unsafe environment. 8) Installation days will not be extended because of delay in work due to unavailability of resources like manpower, electricity, instruments from the customer end.
Installation Charges: 1) Standard 3500 + GST per day per person excluding food and travel cost to be applied. 2) Food, Stay and Travel to be arranged by customer in advance and accepted by Confider Industries LLP 3) If requested and possible, Confider Industries LLP will arrange the food, stay and travel during the installation and commissioning. In that case, standard charges to be applied as per the location and availability.
Service: 1) Product support will be “on call”. Person will not come to visit customer’s place for service. 2) We follow “First Come, First Serve” method in on call support.
Certificate: 1) MoC Certificate to be provided on request and on chargeable basis.
Legal: 1) Any disputes will be subjected to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction. 2) Raising a complaint, escalation, or legal notice does not automatically create entitlement to a refund, replacement, or compensation where Confider Industries LLP has fulfilled its stated support and warranty obligations.
Export: 1) In case of partial/ full material imported from the other countries, Country of Origin” certificate not to be availed/ provided. Customers need to ask for the machine list for which “No Certificate of Origin” available in advance before placing the order. 2) There is no guarantee-no warranty in any export consignment.
Customization: We provide all machines with typical & standard specifications. Output/ efficiency of the customized part/ assembly provided/ manufactured based upon customer’s suggestion/ idea will be out of scope.
Consignment Hold Time: Customer can hold the payment before dispatch for maximum one week after consignment is “ready to dispatch”. Holding time for more than one week will attract additional charge of 460/ day until complete payment realized.
