Virtual Seminar on Vegetable & Fruits Dehydration Business — Confider Industries

1. Registration & Payment: Webinar registration will be confirmed only after successful payment of the registration fee of ₹299/-.
2. No Refund / No Transfer: Once the payment is successfully completed, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund will ordinarily be provided if the participant does not attend the webinar, joins late, leaves early, or is unable to attend due to personal reasons.
3. Technical Issues: Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, electricity, mobile/computer, Zoom application and other technical requirements. Technical issues at the participant’s end will not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
4. Zoom Access: The Zoom meeting link/access details are provided only to the registered participant. Sharing, selling, forwarding or distributing the webinar link to any unauthorized person is strictly prohibited.
5. Webinar Schedule: Confider Industries reserves the right to reasonably change the webinar date, time, trainer or Zoom details due to technical, operational, emergency or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative session or revised schedule may be provided.
6. Educational Purpose: This webinar is conducted for educational and knowledge-sharing purposes. Information regarding business opportunities, machinery, processing, marketing, selling, investment and profitability is provided for general guidance.
7. No Guaranteed Results: Business success, income, sales, profit or return on investment is not guaranteed. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, investment, location, market conditions, execution, skills and other factors.
8. Business Decisions: Participants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and making their own business and investment decisions based on their individual circumstances.
9. Intellectual Property: Webinar presentations, videos, documents, slides, training materials, business strategies and other content are the intellectual property of Confider Industries and/or the respective rights holder. Recording, copying, reproducing, reselling, publishing or distributing the content without written permission is prohibited.
10. Participant Conduct: Confider Industries reserves the right to remove a participant from the webinar for abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, unlawful or inappropriate behavior, subject to applicable law.
11. Recording: The webinar may be recorded for documentation, training, educational or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
12. Privacy & Communication: Information provided during registration may be used for webinar-related communication, customer support and other purposes connected with the webinar, subject to applicable law.
13. Force Majeure: In case of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizer, including major technical failure, internet/telecommunication outage, natural disaster, government restrictions or other emergencies, the webinar may be rescheduled or an alternative arrangement may be provided.
14. Acceptance: By registering and making payment, the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
15. Registration Confirmation: Registration will be considered confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable seminar registration fee.
16. Registration Fee: The registration fee for the seminar is ₹299/- per participant. The fee is applicable per individual registration.
17. Non-Refundable Fee: Once the registration is completed and payment is made, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
18. Limited Seats: Seats for the seminar are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis after successful registration and payment.
19. Online Participation: The seminar will be conducted online through Zoom. Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a compatible mobile phone, tablet, or computer.
20. Zoom Meeting Details: The Zoom meeting link and other joining instructions will be shared with registered participants through their provided contact details before the seminar.
21. Correct Information: Participants must provide accurate and valid information during registration, including their name, mobile number, email address, and other required details. Confider Industries will not be responsible for communication issues arising from incorrect information provided by the participant.
22. Individual Registration: The registration is intended for the registered participant only. Sharing the registration/access link with other individuals is not permitted without prior approval from the organizers.
23. No Unauthorized Recording: Participants are not permitted to record, screen-record, photograph, reproduce, or redistribute the seminar, presentations, training material, discussions, or any part of the session without prior written permission from Confider Industries.
24. No Redistribution of Material: Any presentation, document, business information, process information, images, videos, technical details, or other material shared during the seminar is intended for the registered participant’s personal learning and must not be commercially reproduced, resold, published, or distributed without permission.
25. Business Investment: Any decision regarding machinery purchase, plant setup, raw materials, investment, production, marketing, or starting a business shall be made by the participant at their own discretion and after conducting their own due diligence.
26. Business Estimates: Any approximate figures, calculations, production capacities, investment estimates, profitability examples, market opportunities, or business projections discussed during the seminar are indicative and may vary depending on location, raw material availability, product quality, market conditions, operating costs, selling price, machinery configuration, and other factors.
27. Machinery Information: Machinery specifications, capacities, configurations, prices, and other commercial details discussed during the seminar may vary depending on the specific machine model and requirements. Final specifications and commercial terms will be confirmed separately wherever applicable.
28. Market Conditions: Participants understand that market demand, raw material prices, selling prices, competition, government policies, transportation costs, and other external factors may affect the actual results of a business.
29. No Professional Advice: Information shared during the seminar should not be considered legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional business advice. Participants should consult the appropriate professional wherever required.
30. Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the seminar. Abusive, inappropriate, disruptive, promotional, or offensive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.
31. Confidentiality: Participants may receive business strategies, technical information, processes, commercial insights, or other information that is not intended for public distribution. Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of such information.
32. Questions & Interaction: Participants may ask questions during the designated Q&A/interactivity sessions. Due to time limitations, the organizers may not be able to answer every question individually.
33. Attendance: Participants are encouraged to join the seminar before the scheduled start time and remain available for the complete session to gain maximum benefit from the program.
34. Communication Consent: By registering, the participant agrees to receive seminar-related communication from Confider Industries through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and/or email, including registration confirmation, joining instructions, updates, and follow-up communication.
35. Marketing Communication: Where separately permitted/consented to, the participant may also receive information regarding Confider Industries’ products, machinery, services, future seminars, offers, and business opportunities. Participants may request to opt out of promotional communication.
36. Personal Information: Information collected through the registration form will be used for registration, communication, seminar administration, and related business purposes in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
37. Photographs/Testimonials: If photographs, screenshots, testimonials, or feedback are collected during or after the seminar, their use for promotional purposes will be subject to appropriate consent where required.
38. Certificate: Any certificate, participation acknowledgment, or other recognition will be provided only if specifically announced by the organizers and subject to the applicable eligibility requirements.
39. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the registration form and completing the payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
